The Social Network Site of the Ford Motor company was pirated on Monday with messages published in Gaza and opposed Israel that seems to come from Ford.
“ALL EYES ON GAZA,” “Israel is a terrorist state,” and “Free Palestine” were posted before Ford deleted the messages.
“Our account X shortly compromised and 3 positions were made that were not legal or posted through Ford,” the company wrote in X. “They do not constitute the prospects of Ford Motor Company. ford and X are investigating this violation. “
The messages spread widely before Ford Matara, some readers X did not know that the site had been pirated Ford, while others attacked the corporate. After Ford has published a message about the hack, several X posters criticized the corporate so as not to do it for tweets.
“This is one and not apologies,” Rabbi Samuel Stern wrote in an answer article. “I wonder if unauthorized messages were aimed at someone else if you apologize. “
“An incredibly weak statement,” Brianna Wu, executive director of Rebellion PAC, told her disciples in X. “Denounce anti-Semitism. Excuse the Jewish community. Promises consequences for those responsible. “
Ford has a history combined with anti-Semitism and Israel. The company’s founder, Henry Ford, in an anti-Semitic stance and propagated conspiracy theories about the Jewish people. Adolf Hitler congratulated Henry Ford in his remarkable e-book Mein Kampf, and Germany in 1938 awarded Ford the German Grande Croix de L’Aigle, the country’s biggest difference for foreigners.
The Ford company, however, has supplied armored vehicles to the Israeli military, while the Ford Foundation has provided aid in Israel and in the Gaza Strip.
