Top Chef Masters star Naomi Pomeroy has tragically passed away at the age of 49, as proven by her friends.
The award-winning chef fell victim to a tragic twist of fate on a tubing on the Willamette River outside Portland, Oregon. It was later revealed that Naomi was one of the other three people involved in the incident. The incident reportedly occurred when the three connected tubes hit a tree in the water, dragging Naomi underwater, from where she did not surface.
His body was discovered underwater around 8:25 p. m. on Saturday night. According to KEZ19 News, Naomi was not wearing a life jacket at the time of the accident. She revealed via The U. S. Sun that a strong underground current prevented the early discovery of her body.
Although unfortunately Naomi did not survive, the other people involved in the tragedy, adding that Naomi’s spouse, Kyle Linden Webster, survived. Fans have since checked the comment segment of Naomi’s most recent Instagram post shared on July 1, where she sells her new homework titled Garden Party, to express her grief.
Naomi was going to host a series of dinners called Garden Party with restaurateur Luke Dirks this summer. His most recent Instagram post, a black-and-white snapshot capturing an animated scene of an outdoor dinner party, has become a poignant tribute space for enthusiasts and friends. One user commented: “I’m shocked, this proves that anyone can die by drowning in early summer. My brother also almost drowned in the river. Life jackets save lives. Array. You’re leaving too soon. “
Another was speechless and simply said, “Wow, I don’t know what to say. Don’t worry, Naomi. You had such an effect on pdx food. It saddens me to hear that. Naomi once told how she started cooking when she was just 3 years old and evolved her first recipe a year later. He had no formal training, but his art was subtle in observing his fellow chefs. Naomi opened her own place to eat in Portland called Beast in 2007. He then rose to fame in 2010 as part of the series Iron Chef before starring in Top Chef Masters.
